Our team are certified restorers by the ASCR and follow the IICRC standards S520 for mold remediation. Our Certified Consultant will perform a visual inspection and take samples for testing by licensed laboratory. IF a mold-related hazard is identified, the Mold Assessment Consultant will prepare a Mold Remediation Protocol that will executed by our licensed Mold Remediation Crew.  After the Mold Remediation Protocol has been completed, the property will be re-inspected by the Mold Assessment Consultant to insure that the mold problem has been corrected.
