1. What method do you use to clean carpet? A: Deep Hot water Extraction (Truck Mount Steam cleaning). It is the most effective way to remove soil from your carpet.

A: Removing all the residue is the key to cleaner carpets.  We pre-condition your carpet with a enzymatic detergent and rinse completely with clean hot water to a zero residue.

3. Will the chemicals you use harm me or my children? 
A: No. All our cleaners are EPA approved to be used indoors and meet the iicrc standers.  Additional to rinsing your carpet with clean hot water, all chemical residue is washed away, leaving you with sparkling clean carpet.

4. How long does my carpet stay wet? 
A: You can have your carpet completely dry in 2 to 4 hours if the area get ventilated and replaced by a dryer air.  You can achieve this by turning the heat and open windows in the cold days, and using the air conditioning in the hot and humid days. 

5. How long does it take to clean my carpet? 
A: An average size house with 5 carpeted rooms can be cleaned in about an hour. Heavily soiled carpet may take an addtional 15 to 30 minutes.

6. I have pet stains, can you remove them from my carpet?And for how much? 
A: We use a urine pre-treatment for dog and cat urine. It is more successful on newer urine stains, since older stains have already discolored the carpet fiber. We do not charge you for pet urine stain removal unless the stains are excessive, in which case you can incur an addtional $5 to $25 per room charge.

7. I have furniture in the rooms I want cleaned, do you move it? A: We ask is that you remove any fragile or valuable items from the rooms being cleaned.  We will carefully move furniture in the rooms (except very large items, such as pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, etc.)..

8. Are there any additional fees or charges for your service? 
A: The prices we quote you on the phone are guaranteed prices. We will ask you questions about your carpet to qualify your needs and concerns to get you the right price for your carpet cleaning. This way there are no surprises when we arrive at your home.
